I used to take lessons on a QH at an Arabian show barn. (yeah, their beginner horse was a QH.) The Arabians seemed very smart and passionate. I used to take carrots to my lesson horse in his turnout after our lesson. I learned to carry more carrots because the other horses figured out what I was doing (probably smelled the carrots) and didn't want to miss out. I had to dole them out so that I wouldn't run out. One time I did, and one of the Arabians realized that he'd missed out and threw a fit.
But you can see the Arabian's influence manifested in a lot of breeds, especially around the head.
